21 Jul Hayley Holden joins the Team

Hayley Holden studied Reflexology at the Caritas Natural Health Clinic in Nottingham. She went on to study Maternity Reflexology, and Male and Female Infertility in relation to Reflexology. She also holds a B.Sc in Natural Sciences with Biology from the Open University, and a Practitioner Diploma in Naturopathic Nutrition. She has an absolute belief in the effectiveness of Reflexology for whole body health, and in particular for reproductive health. Hayley has recently returned from an extended trip to New Zealand, where she, her husband and their small son lived and toured in a small camper van for six months!

Hayley will be offering Reflexology (with a particular emphasis on fertility and maternity care), Indian Head Massage and Baby Reflexology classes. Call us for more information.

Hayley will be starting with us on 3rd August, and will work Mondays and one Saturday per month. During August, enjoy a treatment with Hayley at the special introductory price of £30.

04 Feb February Offer - Massage for Everyone

Although there are many different variations of massage, the common factor of each is that the treatment encourages physical and mental relaxation, promotes a sense of wellbeing and often reduces pain, along with many other benefits. Using a variety of techniques, the soft tissues of the body (muscles and connective tissue) are manipulated, and the benefits are often felt immediately.

Although most treatments take place with the client partially unclothed – with just the limb being worked on uncovered at any one time – some people may be uncomfortable with this. As an alternative, a very effective massage can take place with the client seated and clothed, using techniques adapted from a traditional Eastern approach. There really is something for everyone!

So confident are we that we can create a treatment to suit everyone – male or female, little or large, for relaxation or for pain relief – that we are putting our money where our mouth is. For the month of February 2009, we are offering a completely tailored 30-minute massage for only £15. The usual price is £25 so this represents a saving of £10.
