Ruth qualified in Precision Reflexology in 2000 having trained with Jan Williamson at the excellent School of Precision Reflexology in Devon. She is also a member of the Association of Reflexologists. Ruth juggles her work with bringing up a young family and helping out at the children’s school. In comparison she finds the giving of treatments almost as relaxing as receiving them! More recently Ruth has discovered the use of hot stones on the feet which has surprised her in adding an extra dimension to an already amazing treatment! If that doesn’t appeal Ruth also offers Natural Facelift Massage to lift and tone the face without chemical or surgical intervention. Either way you will leave feeling relaxed and rejuvenated in the true Real Retreat manner! Ruth works Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays 10am – 2.30pm and two Saturdays per month 10am – 3pm.
