Wellbeing

All of our wellbeing treatments are performed by our skilled and experienced therapists after a thorough consultation. And even though each of these treatments can be performed in its own right, we enjoy combining elements of each treatment to provide a uniquely tailored experience for each and every client.

Skincare

We offer two sets of treatments, for the face and for the body.

Grooming

It is those little extras that can make us feel especially confident. And it’s not just about looking good, but feeling good too. Many people are familiar with a massage or a facial, but there are many other services and treatments we can provide to boost your sense of wellbeing. We offer a full range of manicures, pedicures, nail enhancements, eye grooming, hair removal and sunless tanning to complete your well-groomed appearance.

For Men

We all know men and women are made differently. This is why at Real Retreat, we pride ourselves on a range of treatments designed especially with men in mind.

The Real Girls’ Night In

Join us at Real Retreat for a very special night in with the girls (or a night out with the boys!). Come and share a drink and some nibbles before experiencing a treatment or two from our diverse menu. We are certain you will leave feeling relaxed and refreshed.

Mums To Be

Almost all of our treatments are suitable for expectant mums. In fact, several are especially useful and can give significant benefits throughout pregnancy. We’ve selected a couple of especially popular ones.

The Perfume Studio

This unique product is not available on the high street. Instead, in a personal consultation at our studio, one of our trained consultants will take you on a sensual journey of fragrance. You will come to understand how fragrance is made by carefully blending together scents from across the range of top, middle and base perfume notes. You will sample a range of individual aromas, identifying your preferences along the way. At the end of this journey, you will have created a fragrance exactly to your own taste.

Stress Solutions

Real Retreat offers individual and corporate stress management solutions, helping you to build upon your coping skills in a new, effective and practical way.

Star Anise

The sweet and herbaceous smell of Anise essential oil is reminiscent of aniseed or licorice and it has a refreshing and stimulating action on the digestive and respiratory system when used in massage. It gives an uplifting boost to flagging emotions.
