Holistic Medical Massage
This specialised massage uses a protocol which treats each muscle affecting a site of pain. The appropriate use of heat or cold, combined with myofascial release, trigger point work and stretching techniques, provides a highly effective treatment for the reduction of chronic or acute soft tissue related pain. Pain can often be reduced after the first treatment, but a course of between 3 and 6 treatments will offer significant improvements. 1 hour : £37.50

Black Pepper Essential Oil has a deep penetrating warmth that invigorates and stimulates. It is very effective in massage aimed at relieving muscular aches and pains.
