About Baby Reflex™
Baby Reflex™ is specially adapted reflexology for babies. Baby Reflex™ teaches you techniques to support your growing baby.
Baby Reflex™ works in the same way a reflexology treatment would work on an adult – specific points on the baby’s feet correspond to specific points in the baby’s body. Upon stimulation of these points various conditions can be eased including colic, sleeplessness and stress.
The main aim of Baby Reflex™ is to promote the general wellbeing and good health of your baby.
Other benefits include:
- the provision of a safe, non-invasive, drug free, natural alternative for health;
- techniques that can be done anywhere – all you need are your baby’s feet and your gentle touch; and
- a wonderful bonding opportunity for you and Baby.
These techniques really do help create a calm, content and happy child. Your baby will love it!
About The Workshops
The workshops are taught at Real Retreat by Hayley Holden, who has undergone all the appropriate training as provided by the Baby Reflex™ course for qualified Reflexologists, and has learnt all the relevant material to teach these workshops.
The techniques are taught adult on adult so you feel comfortable with the techniques before using them on your baby – you will receive plenty of treatment on the day. The workshop works best if both parents (or another carer) can attend, although we can adapt the course if this is not possible for you.
Places are strictly limited to ensure individual attention, so we recommend early booking.
The workshops cost £25 per person or £30 per couple (so bring along your husband, wife, partner, friend, mum, dad, grandma or anyone else – your choice!)
